How
do I change currency setting?
To
change the currency format, unlock
the sheet first using the button
"Unlock this sheet" then
select the cells you want to
change the format then from the
Excel main menu click on Format,
then Cells, then Numbers, and
finally choose your currency
symbol. Remember to lock the sheet
so you do not overwrite
equations in the locked cells.
How
do I change date format?
To
change the date format, unlock the
sheet first using the button
"Unlock this sheet" then
select the cells you want to
change the format then from the
Excel main menu click on Format,
then Cells, then Numbers, and
finally choose a date format.
Remember to lock the sheet so you
do not overwrite equations
in the locked cells.
How
do I hide car details?
Unlock
the sheet using "Unlock this
sheet" button, select then
the car details row and from the
main menu click on
"Format", then
"Rows", then
"Hide". Do not delete
them just hide them since the
"Quick Entry" function
will refer to some cells in this
area.
How
do I hide an item I do not need?
Simply
select the item and give the same
color to the font and the
background using Excel main menu
command (Format, cells).
Can
I delete cells, rows, or columns?
You
can only hide them. Some functions
are referring to those cells, you
run the risk of having some
functions working incorrectly
How
do I change the name of an item?
Simply
select the cell that has the name
and type in the preferred one
